Have you ever wondered what it would be like to survive on a Desert island? Have you ever wondered if you could make this paradise your home, could you be comfortable, could you fish and forage for sustenance, could you understand the tides and reap the rewards of a Spring low to harvest a plethora of shellfish and crustaceans? Join the Woodsmoke team on this unique opportunity to experience one of the most iconic expedition locations.

Based on an uninhabited island in the Pacific, you will be guided through the skills need to make this island your home. Having the ability to explore the entire island, the 27 beaches and the 10 miles of coastline. All the time learning to move in harmony with the ebb and flow of the seas and the jungle.

Your base camp will be situated in a crescent shaped cove lined with coconut palms and you will fall asleep listening to the sound of the Pacific waves gently lapping on the fine white sand and the rustle of palm leaves. You will learn to use the tools of the environment to make shelters, open coconuts, set gill nets and start fires to cook delicious tropical meals.
