By Email and Bank Transfer -

Important For Bank Transfer: To enable us track your booking please email us on the day that you make the bank transfer, stating your name and the course you have booked onto. If you are booking the course for someone else, please state the name the payment was made in and who the payment was made for.

You can now email your booking forms to us. This is convenient if you wish to make a payment by bank transfer. If you wish to submit your booking and emergency details forms via email, please ensure that you first download the supporting info pack pdf., which contains our Terms & Conditions and Kit List.

Then download the UK bushcraft booking forms as Word documents (save to disk). To add you personal information, simply click in the text boxes and complete your details, where a 'tick' is required, please use an 'x' instead.

Then email it back to us as an attachment, please title the attachment with the course title, course date and your name. (e.g. Tracker-18/08/08-S.Smith)

Please note there are two types of bank transfer - 'BACS' is a standard bank-to-bank transfer that is either free or has a minimum fee, and a 'CHAPS' is a more expensive express same-day transfer.

By Post and Cheque -

To book a Woodsmoke course you must first print and read our UK Bushcraft Course Booking Information Pack. This pack contains: Kit List, Booking Form, Emergency details Form and our Terms and Conditions. Please complete and return the Booking Form and Emergency Details Form, along with your deposit of £100 per person, per course.

Course places are limited, and are not confirmed or held, until a deposit of £100 or a full payment has been made. Payments received will be acknowledged by post.

Deposits are wholly non-refundable or transferable to other courses, and only substitutions are allowed if you cannot attend for whatever reason, including illness or injury. We highly recommend that you take out insurance cover, in the event of a change in work commitments, injury and other unforeseen changes in circumstance. Woodsmoke does not refund deposits.

Please make cheques payable to 'Woodsmoke'.

Once we receive your booking forms and your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation / receipt of your booking within two weeks.

Full directions and joining instructions will be sent to you one month before the start of your course. You will find a list of the equipment that you will need to bring with you in the Kit List , found in the info pack.
